IN LIGHT OF THE RESTRICTIONS AND STRICT MEASURES RECENTLY PUT IN PLACE TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES, HERE IS SOME IMPORTANTE INFORMATION:
Due to the temporary closure of the store during the Covid-19 period (effective March 14, 2020) in-store exchange is no longer available: in the event of an error regarding size or model, and after we receive the merchandise and verify the presence of labels, we will automatically proceed with your refund.
Merchandise will be refunded within fifteen (15) days of the date of purchase*.
Merchandise must be returned by mail to Brador Hiver.
Shipping costs incurred for refund are the responsibility of the customer.
*We will take delivery times into account when we are notified by Canada Post of unusual traffic (Covid periods, busiest weeks of the Christmas season).
Return Time Frame :
The Brador Hiver team works very diligently to get orders processed as quickly as possible.
Typically, when an order is received, it is processed within 2 - 3 days.
In the case of a refund, expect a delay of 7 to 10 days depending on your banking institution.
