Orders cannot be cancelled once it has entered the shipping process.
Modifying Your Order :
Modifying your order can be done through the 'tickets' tab in your account.
We cannot modify an order once the payment has been approved.
In such a case, a new order must be submitted and the original order will be refunded.
In the event of a manufacturer's defect, you must contact us, return the merchandise by mail (shipping costs will be refunded). After having inspected the merchandise, we will contact you and we will proceed to the exchange or refund of the product.
Our warranty does not cover any repairs due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed.
Please also note that we will replace the product (if available) before issuing a refund.
