After-Sales Service

In-store exchange policy conditions : 

  • Exchanges only for item(s) within fifteen (15) days of purchase, with all tags.
  • Merchandise must be deemed by Brador Hiver to be undamaged and not worn.
  • All in-store purchases are non- refundable nor exchangeable​.

Online Return Policy Conditions : 

  • All items purchased online are eligible for FREE in-store exchanges.
  • Merchandise must be received within fifteen (15) days of online purchase, with all tags.
  • Freight charges on returned products are the client's responsibility.
  • Shipping for your re-order is FREE provided it is placed within 30 days.
  • Brador Hiver posts original product images online (given to them by their suppliers).
    We are not responsible for any discrepancies of product colors in images.

Order Cancellations :

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it has entered the shipping process.

Modifying Your Order :

  • Modifying your order can be done through the 'tickets' tab in your account.  
  • We cannot modify an order once the payment has been approved.
  • In such a case, a new order must be submitted and the original order will be refunded.

Processing & Return Time Frame :

  • The Brador Hiver team works very diligently to get orders processed as quickly as possible.
  • Typically, when an order is received, it is processed within 2 - 3 days. 
  • In the case of a refund, expect a delay of 7 to 10 days depending on your banking institution.

Guarantee :

  • Brador Hiver's products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for a period of three months (from the purchase date), strictly upon presentation of receipt and original tags attached.
  • Our products respect the highest standards in the industry, hence, our warranty applies only to the obvious defects that appear during the intended 'normal' use of the product.

IN-STORE: Return the defective product with the original receipt (within the 3-month period). 

ONLINE:  If deemed defective after inspection of the product, we will communicate with you via 'My Tickets' tabs within your profile account, and issue a refund online.

Our warranty does not cover any repairs due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. 

This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed. 

Please note that we will replace the product (if available) before issuing a refund.
