Log into your account and select the items you wish to cancel.
Modifying your order can be done through the 'tickets' tab in your account.
We cannot modify an order once the payment has been approved.
In such a case, a new order must be submitted and the original order must be cancelled.
The Brador Hiver team works very diligently to get orders processed as quickly as possible.
Typically, when an order is received, it is processed with 2 - 3 days.
In the case of a refund, expect a delay of 7 to 10 days depending on your banking insitution.
Brador Hiver's products are guaranteed against all manufacturer defects for a period of three months
(from the purchase date), strictly upon presentation of your receipt and original tags attached.
Our products respect the highest standards in the industry, hence, our warranty applies
only to the obvious defects that appear during the intended 'normal' use of the product.
IN-STORE: Return the defective product with the original receipt (within the 3-month period).
ONLINE: If deemed defective after inspection of the product, we will communicate with you
via 'My Tickets' tabs within your profile account.
*Our warranty does not cover any repairs due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
This warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed.
Please note that we will replace the product if it is available before issuing a refund.
